Instructions Step 1: wash face thoroughly and dry. Place step 1 strip on nose for 15-20 minutes. Tingling (warming) sensation is normal. Discontinue use if tingling is too intense. Remove and rise off any residue.

Step 2: thoroughly wet nose area with water. Peel off step 2 strip from liner and place shiny side on nose. Let dry for 10-15 minutes, then slowly peel off the strip starting at the edges.
